As Project Manager,  was part of the concept of Parkland Golf & CC by WCI in 2000.  Toll Bros took over the project mid-development and Margaret became Senior Project Manager for the new developer overseeing the operations team, including sales managers, project managers, construction team and administrative staff.  Responsible to fiscally drive sales, starts and closings resulting in annual revenue of $80MM.  Since the community was still under declarant control, Margaret was the Board President for the homeowner’s association and architectural review board.
