Fiscally responsible to drive land sales, secure all entitlements, developed master infrastructure. Created vision for community brand and public perception. Oversaw sales and construction teams. Business development and networking as the market leader. and the public face of the community. President of several HOA boards, including declarant controlled master. Architecture Review Board President oversight. Business Development and networking. Residential homes priced from $350K to $1MM+
