PROJECT OVERVIEW
As the leader of the project management team, Margaret oversaw the creation of the first active adult community in Broward County. This included managing both the sales and construction teams. She oversaw the development of new home products and re-evaluated floor plans for highest and best use. This led to value-engineering plans to achieve 3% to 5% reduction in construction costs. Also oversaw the development and construction of clubhouse and amenities for maximum impact on budget. She managed site planning evaluation to reduce land development costs and lot expense. She also secured entitlements for site plans and architectural approvals. Additionally, Margaret prepared and executed the community Grand Opening including the launch of an 8-home model row. Led the sales team to obtain first building permits and close first homes in the community with an initial price point from $350K to $750K
